We're Imani and Asia DaCosta—twin sisters born and raised in New York City, East Harlem to be exact, with family roots in Puerto Rico and Barbados. Though our paths into entrepreneurship looked different, they've led us to the same mission: building businesses that give us true freedom while helping others do the same.
We both hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion, and our backgrounds have deeply influenced the way we approach entrepreneurship—with a focus on sustainability, wellness, and long-term growth.
I'm Imani DaCosta—a mother of two, agency owner, mentor, podcast host, and former health coach & educator. Motherhood changed everything for me. Having two babies in two years forced me to reimagine what I wanted for my life and redefine what success looked like on my terms. In 2021, I launched my business. By 2022, I had my second child. In just a few years, I built a 6-figure agency, hired a team, launched a podcast, and supported and educated over 70 entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses without burnout. My business has been my only source of income since 2021, providing not only financial stability but also time freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment.
My twin sister, Asia DaCosta, is currently transitioning out of the 9–5 and into full-time entrepreneurship. She now supports operations inside our agency and works closely with entrepreneurs who are ready to pivot into business ownership. Asia's journey is especially relatable for those without children who want to leave corporate life behind, and she brings a fresh perspective for anyone building from a different season of life.
